Torrencio L. Willingham

Torrencio L. Willingham, 43, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed unexpectedly on September 20, 2026, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.

Services are 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 3, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Cremation will take place following services at Trimble Crematory, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Torrencio L. Willingham was born on April 25, 1983, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of Mike Willingham and Tina Baltimore. He was a hard worker who held numerous jobs throughout his life.

Known by many as “Terry” and “Ham,” Torrencio had a personality that made him memorable to those around him. He could often be found at Bally’s Casino trying his luck on the slots. He enjoyed sports and music.

Torrencio is survived by his son, Kyng Dior Foulks; siblings, Melanie (Bobby Quinn) Baltimore and James “D” Taylor Jr., both of Davenport, Iowa; aunts, Ethel “Lean” Richardson, Lisa Baltimore, and Cheryl Harrington; uncles, Kenny (Martha) Baltimore, and Rodney Baltimore; nephews, Deangelo, Demonte, Demario, Charrele, and Adrian; special friend, Tracy Hutchins; and many other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Tina; grandmother, Ella Mae (Cleo) Neely; and uncles, John and Scotty.
