Thelma I. Devlin, 73, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Friday, January 13, 2017, at St. Anthony's Care Center, Rock Island.
There will be no public services. Private burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.
She was born February 24, 1943, in Moline, the daughter of Roy and Elma (Parker) Timmerman. She married Peter Devlin on December 19, 1970, in Rock Island.
She is survived by her husband, Peter, and was preceded in death by her parents.
