Salena M. Carver

Salena M. Carver, 49, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed unexpectedly on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at her residence.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to towards funeral expenses at the link below.

The former, Salena Marie Curry, was born on February 25, 1977, the daughter of Marty and Lynne (Haigh) Curry. She graduated from high school and went on to work in home care and maintenance. Salena married Wesley Carver, who preceded her in death just over a month earlier, on March 24, 2026. Their love and devotion to one another remained constant through life’s many ups and downs.

She loved shopping and always enjoyed putting together the perfect outfit. A new pair of heels and a dress to match was her signature go to. She also expressed her artistic side through drawing and cherished spending time with her and Wesley’s beloved dogs, Tank and Shelby.

Salena is survived by her brother, Jasen Keegan; nephew, Dakota (Kirsten) Williamson; and mother-figure, Pearl Shell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley “Wes” Carver; her parents, Marty and Lynne Curry; and many dear friends.
