Rolin E. Tubbs, 77, of East Moline, Illinois, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026, at home.
Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Rolin Edward Tubbs was born November 2, 1948, in Clinton, Iowa, the son of S.J. and Margaret (Harding) Tubbs. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by two children, Chad (Jessica) Tubbs, and Cindy (Keith) Zinke; three grandchildren, Brantley Joynt, Patrick Zinke and Tyler Zinke; and his loving companion, Buddy. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sandra Keag.
