Robert E. Agy, Jr.

Robert E. Agy, Jr., 69, of Moline, Illinois, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

Robert Eugene Agy, Jr. was born April 14, 1957, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of Robert Sr. and Alice (Burt) Agy. He attended Rock Island High School before graduating from Averyville Seminary in East Peoria, Illinois. He spent some time at the Seminary in Ponca City, Oklahoma before moving back to the Quad Cities.

Bob attended Lighthouse Baptist Church in Rock Island. His happiest times were spent bass fishing and watching the Chicago Cubs play.

He is survived by three siblings, Tamara (Johnny) Pentecost of Thomson, Georgia, Timothy (Kathy DeKezel) Agy of Colona, Illinois, and Michelle (Marc Middleton) Craig of Bettendorf, Iowa; seven nieces and nephews, Allison, Becky, Craig, Treena, Tiffany, Tabitha, and Andrew; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and good friends, Jim Stiman of Rock Island, and Chris Dominguez of Moline. He was preceded in death by his parents.
