Richard E. Norsen, Jr.

Richard E. Norsen, Jr., 64, of Davenport, Iowa, died on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Allure of the Quad Cities, Moline, Illinois.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Richard Elliott Norsen, Jr. was born on April 14, 1961, in Ottawa, Illinois, the son of Richard and Patricia (Herzog) Norsen, Sr. He graduated from Collinsville High School before starting a career in construction. He owned his own construction business, Norsen Builders Inc. for over 10 years.

He was a father, hardworker, and man of God.

Richard is survived by his mother and daughters, Jessica and Morgan Norsen. He will be missed by many.
