Pratibha Rani Biswas

Pratibha Rani Biswas, age 90, of Moline, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 17, 2025, at her home. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline under direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Pratibha was born on December 1, 1934, in Chittagong, Bangladesh, to Tajendra and Mahamaya Chowdhuri. She was united in marriage to Priya Ranjan Biswas on August 10, 1967, in Calcutta, India. She came to USA in 1971.

Pratibha taught 4th grade while in India. She and her husband were members of the Hindu Temple of the Quad Cities. Pratibha enjoyed embroidery and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Priya; and a daughter,Shilpa Biswas.
