Graveside services are 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should meet at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, at 9:15 a.m.
Survivors include Phyllis' sister-in-law, Nancy Hendricks of Milan, Illinois.
