Pauline K. Denton, 82, of Galesburg, Illinois, died Friday, February 10, 2023, at her daughter’s home in Davenport, Iowa.
In accordance to Pauline’s wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no public services. Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, is assisting the family.
The former Pauline Kay Fender was born July 22, 1940, in Aledo, Illinois, the daughter of Harold and Myrtle (Davison) Fender. She worked at Target in office administration for over 30 years.
She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and spending time with her family.
Pauline is survived by three children, Shari and Johnnie Johnson of Davenport, Mike and Teresa Perkins of Bettendorf, and Ruth and Adam Giese of Kirkwood, Illinois; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; siblings, Mary (Ed) Schrock, Donna Bonynge, and Sandy (George) Marek; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Michelle Perkins; a son, Greg Perkins; a grandson, Joe Perkins; brother, Howard; and sister, Bettie.
