Otis Dewayne Williams

Otis D. Williams, 66, of Davenport, Iowa, died Monday, October 31, 2022, at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Davenport.

Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Rock Island National Cemetery, where the Moline American Legion Post #246 will present military honors. Those wishing to attend should meet in the parking lot at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, at 10:15 a.m.

Otis Dewayne Williams was born February 26, 1956, in Missouri, the son of Howard and Elsie (Benedict) Williams. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran, serving overseas in Germany for six months.

He graduated from La’ James International College with a degree in massage therapy. He was owner operator of Blue Moon Massage and was a Massage Therapist at Mesick Family Chiropractic. He also worked at Walmart.

Otis was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Elsie Williams, and his sister, Victoria LaDean Williams.
