Private burial was at Rock Island National Cemetery, under the direction of Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline.
Norman Robert Parks was born December 1, 1944, in Centerville, Iowa, the son of Clarence and Mary Evelyn (Scurlock) Parks.
