Neva A. Francisco

Neva A. Francisco, 62, of East Moline, passed Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Silvis Center, in Silvis Illinois.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. A private ceremony will be held in her honor for close friends and family, at a later date.

Neva Ann Bell was born on February 25, 1964, in Rock Island, the daughter of Raymond and Vena (Morrow) Bell. She was the youngest of seven siblings.

She was an animal lover, especially cats and dogs. She enjoyed a margarita, trying her luck at the casino, and spending time with her grandson, Julian.

Neva is survived by her daughter, Krisha (Derick) Saldivar; grandson, Julian; and her cat Charlie. She was loved and will be missed.
