Lorraine D. Hack

Lorraine Hack, 90, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018, in Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, Illinois

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Lorraine Delores Kosmacek was born June 20, 1928, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Joseph and Kathryn (Kauffold) Kosmacek. She married Leonard Hack on April 7, 1946, in Omaha.

Lorraine is survived by her husband, Leonard; two sons, Joseph Hack of Moline, and Randolph Hack and his wife Julie of Encinitas, California; and a grandson, Brandon Hack.
