Lois A. Olson

Lois A. Olson, 92, of Moline, Illinois, died Saturday, December 7, 2024, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Lois Ann Wade was born August 25, 1932, in Sterling, Illinois, the daughter of Glenn and Grace (Hauger) Wade. She married Robert Olson on August 24, 1952, in Sterling.

She worked as an executive secretary John M. Fry Plumbing Company for many years. 

Lois is survived by her husband of over 72 years, Bob; her son and daughter-in-law, David and Debra Olson of Taylorsville, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Rorick Olson, Trenton (Amy) Olson, Riley (Amanda) Wirtz, Grace Olson, Devon (David) Kroemer, Rowan (Andrew) Young, and Cooper Olson; and a great-grandson, Finn Wirtz. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Erik Michael Olson; and brothers, Paul and Orville Wade.
