Donald L. Hatfield, 80, of East Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in Aspen Rehab and Health Care Center, Silvis, Illinois
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, with visitation one hour before the services. Cremation will follow the services. Memorials may be made to the family.
He was born October 25, 1928, in Powersville, Missouri, to Ray and Cleva (Entsminger) Hatfield. He was head of maintenance at Moline YMCA for several years.
Don is surived by three sons, Regan Hatfield of Bettendorf, Iowa, and Gary and Danny Hatfield, of South Carolina; five grandchildren; a brother, Lawrence Hatfield of Davenport; and a sister, Rae Ann Lowe of St. Louis, Missouri.
