Joy Cecelia Nabb, 87, Coal Valley, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026 at Celebrate Senior Living, Moline. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of the Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Burial of the urn will be in Coal Valley Cemetery.
