Joseph M. Myetich

Joseph M. Myetich, 64, of East Moline, Illinois, passed Sunday, June 7, 2026, at MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Joseph Michael Myetich was born on August 22, 1961, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of Matthew and Grace (Demery) Myetich Jr. He spent his career in furniture sales, working for several businesses throughout the Quad Cities over the years. He married Tammy Steger on October 14, 1992.

Joe had a lifelong passion for classic cars and trucks. A proud member of Quad Cities Cruisers, he traveled to many car shows and shared his enthusiasm. He enjoyed stock car racing and loved spending time riding his four-wheeler.

Joe is survived by his wife, Tammy Myetich; sister, Mary Myetich of East Moline, Illinois; and lots of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew and Grace Myetich Jr.; and siblings, Frederick Myetich, Justina Fluegel, Matthew Myetich III, Mark Myetich, Patricia Springer, and Victoria Hayles.
