Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Jose Dolores Tapia Rios, Sr. was born March 12, 1938, in San Nicolas de los Agustinos, Mexico, the son of Jose Dolores Tapia and Maria Jesus Rios.
