Billie Jo Webb

Billie Jo Webb, 27, of Moline, Illinois, formerly of Dixon, Illinois, died Saturday, August 30, 2008.

Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Dixon, Illinois, with The Reverend Frank Langholf officiating. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Dixon. The family will greet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.

Billie Jo was born December 18, 1980, in Dixon, the daughter of Jeffrey S. and Edith (Shannon) Webb. She loved animals and cats, and had an outgoing personality.

She is survived by a daughter, Bailey Jo Webb; her mother, Edith Webb of Moline; a sister Kimberly Webb and her partner Tracey Stover of Moline; a brother, Travis Webb of Martin, Tennessee; and grandparents, Berneice Webb, William Webb and his wife Donna, and Patricia and William Spratt, all of Dixon. She was preceded in death by her father.
