Moline, Illinois Jeffrey P. Brandt, 49, of Moline, died suddenly on Tuesday morning, January 6, 2004, shortly after arrival at Trinity Medical Center, Moline. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline, with The Reverend Gary LaCroix officiating. Burial is in Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an educational fund for his son, Jeff. Jeffrey Paul Brandt was born December 31, 1954, in Moline, the son of Kenneth E. Brandt and Helen Humphries Brandt. He married Cindy Urbain on January 26, 1985, in Moline. Prior to going on disability, he had worked at Quad City Die Casting, Columbia Decorating, and Land Systems. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Moline. His hobby was spending time with his son going fishing, riding their bikes, and watching movies and sports. Jeff is survived by his son, Jeffrey P. Brandt II of Rock Island; his mother, Helen Brandt of Moline; his father and step-mother, Kenneth and Lee Brandt of Coal Valley; step-daughters, Jennifer Urbain of East Moline and Christina Urbain of Springfield, Missouri; grandchildren, Ashley, Brayden, Joseph, and Melina; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Stacy McNew of Moline.
