Herbert Wilson

Herbert R. Wilson, 62, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Trinity Hospital in Rock Island.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Herbert R. Wilson was born February 5, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of John Wilson and Esther Galusha. He worked at Unity Point Rock Island for over ten years as a food server.

He was a sports fan of the bears, cubs, blackhawks, and bulls teams. He was a collector of music and books, an avid reader, and a great guitar player and song writer.

Herbert is survived by siblings: Judy Moore, Joy Wilson, and Hazel Wilson. He was preceded by both parents.

Memorials can be made out to the School of Rock River Music Experience.
