Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.
Gwendolyn Ann Baker was born February 5, 1968, in Redding, California. She is survived by two children, Tiphanie Rhoads of Ohio, and Angel Baker of Rock Island, Illinois.
