Frederick K. Sausedo

Frederick K. Sausedo, 58, of Silvis, Illinois, died Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Frederick Kevin Sausedo was born July 27, 1966, in Moline, Illinois.

Fred was honored by the Mayor of Moline for saving several individuals from a burning apartment building. He was very close with his cousins, Giovanni and Gratianni Sausedo, and they always took great care of him.

He is survived by his beloved sister, Estrella Simon; nieces, Madelynn, Hannah, Emma, and Sophia Simon; Aunts, Sylvia Soliz, Anges Ochoa, and Sue (Miguel Lara) Susedo; uncles, John Sausedo and Paul Saucedo; and a host of cousins. He was preceded by his father, Fredrick Saucedo Sr; grandparents, Anthony and Juanita Saucedo; and great-aunt, Eloise “Dolly”.

He finally gets to ride that horse across the country.
