The family invites friends to continue celebrating Kell’s life at a repass that will take place after services at a place yet to be determined. Private burial is in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family.

Born on April 5, 1999, in Chicago, Illinois, Freddie lived a life defined by warmth, laughter, and unwavering devotion to the people he loved.

Freddie was the cherished son of Tequilla Williams and Freddie Bass, who nurtured his generous spirit and joyful nature. A proud graduate of United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois, he was known for his bright smile, his easy humor, and his ability to bring light into any room.

Freddie shared a deep and enduring love with his fiancé, Daeshanna Stewart-Williams. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and shared dreams. His greatest joy was being a father, and he leaves behind his beloved children: Zariyah Bass, Danayah Bass, Damyius Bass, Daveyah Bass, and Malakhi Humphries, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

He is also survived by his mother, Tequilla Williams, father, Freddie Bass, and Grandmother, Michelle Williams. His siblings Anthony McGhee, Arianna Bass, Tamyjay Larry, Tamarion Larry, and Alontae Martin, as well as nieces and nephews who will grow up hearing stories of his gentle spirit and infectious laughter. Freddie was a beacon of love and strength for his family, and his absence will be deeply felt.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Rose Williams; great-grandfather, Fred Jefferson; grandfather, Archie Hill; grandmother, Shirley Ann Bass; grandfather, Freddie Mitchell; aunt, Latoya Williams; and cousins, Derrick Young and LaTavia Brown.

As we remember Freddie, we hold close the sound of his laughter, the warmth of his kindness, and the depth of his love for his family. Though his time with us was far too short, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Freddie “Kell” Bass will be forever missed and eternally loved.
