Frank D. Teague

Frank D. Teague, 79, of Moline, Illinois, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island.

A homegoing celebration will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at New Derick’s Temple Church of God in Christ, 715 6th Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois 61201. Cremation will take prior to services at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Frank Dean Teague was born on April 24, 1946, in Moline, IL, to the late Frank Teague and Donaldean “Donna” Travis Teague. He confessed Christ as his Saviour at a young age. He was a lifelong resident of Moline, IL. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Sidney and Maggie Travis. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and worked many years in the transportation industry, as an entrepreneur…If you wanna ride, call Clyde.

Frank met the late Martha McDaniel, and to that union, Maggie Denise was born.

He enjoyed driving, listening to old-school music, and talking “trash”.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, a sister, Pauline Joyce Brown, and brothers: Fred Jones, Eric Jones, Kert Jones, and Rodney Jones.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter, Maggie of Milwaukee, WI; Brothers: Garry Teague, Sr., Moline, IL; Kemp Jones (Andrea), Davenport, IA; Darwin Jones (Nicole), Milan, IL; Darrell Jones (Jennifer), Milan, IL; and Christopher Robinson, Davenport, IA. Sisters: Vickie Joiner, Davenport, IA; Deborah “Debbie” Jones, Davenport, IA; Brenda Jones, Bettendorf, IA; and Leslie Robinson (James), Moline, IL; a lifelong friend, Roseann Rodriguez; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
