Edna Kay Green, 70, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Friday, December 8, 2023, in her home.
Visitation is 3 to 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. A memorial service will follow at 4:45 p.m. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory and private burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Buffalo, Iowa.
The former Edna Kay Pulfrey was born November 18, 1953, in Moline, to Charles and Agnes (Manuel) Pulfrey. She married Carrollton Green on August 8, 1974, in Galesburg. She loved spending time with and caring for her kids and grandkids.
Kay is survived by her husband, Carl; a daughter and son-in-law, Jodee and Jim Waffle of Coal Valley; three grandchildren, Lindsey Harland, Joshua Boyd, and Craig Harland, Jr.; five great-grandchildren; and siblings, Fred Blake of Moline, Charles Pulfrey of Appleton, Wisconsin, and Martha Holder of Charles City, Iowa. She was preceded by a son, Randall Green and a sister, Wilma Sexton.
