Doris E. Niensteadt, 95, of East Moline, Illinois, formerly of Dubuque, Iowa, died Saturday, June 25, 2022, in her daughter’s home in Moline.
Private entombment took place in the mauseleum at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Dubuque. Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory, Moline, was entrusted with arrangements.
The former Doris Elizabeth Turner was born August 28, 1926, in McCartney, Wisconsin, the daughter of Glenn and Verbena (Hurst) Turner.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nanci and Mike Livermore of Moline. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Niensteadt; her parents; a grandson, Tyler Livermore; and siblings, Harlyn Turner, Donald Turner, and Etola Johannsen.
