Donna L. Lawhorn

Donna L. Lawhorn, 76, of Moline, Illinois, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

Services are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial is in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Gilda’s Club.

The former Donna Lynn Kerofsky was born February 20, 1950, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Stanley “Red” and Lila V. (Russell) Kerofsky. She devoted her career to caring for others, serving as a respiratory and inhalation therapist, as well as working in home health care.

Donna shared many happy years with her longtime companion, Joseph Willey, who preceded her in death on October 16, 2025. Together they enjoyed traveling, spending time with friends, and operating a small delivery business. Donna also found great joy in making jewelry and sewing.

Donna is survived by two brothers, Michael (Sharon) Kerofsky and Gary Kerofsky, both of Moline; five nieces and one nephew, and their families; and her good friends, Kathy Francis of Florida and Jenny Devlin of East Moline. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cora Carlson; sister-in-law, Mary Kerofsky; a nephew and niece, Steve and Nancy; and a great-nephew, Kenny.
