Debra K. McKenna, 71, of Moline, Illinois, passed away Friday, October 9, 2026, at Silvis Center, Silvis, Illinois.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Debra Kay Hugaert was born June 15, 1955, in Moline, the daughter of Richard and Judy (Oberg) Hugaert.

She enjoyed her job as a Radiologic Technician, working for several hospitals over the years in Iowa City, Chicago and the Quad Cities. She enjoyed spending time in Chicago, going to Blues festivals, art fairs, the Lincoln Park Zoo, eating Mexican food, and traveling.

Debra is survived by two children, Rachel Hanna Box of Rock Island, and Dustin Hanna of East Moline; grandchildren, Ryan Box, Caden Hanna, Hunter Hanna, Elliot Hanna, Brendon Hanna, Alex Hanna, and Brayden Greenan; and siblings, Richard Hugaert, Cinder Hugaert, and Pat Hugaert. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Timothy McKenna; and her son-in-law, Christopher Box.
