Dale W. Anderson, 57, died Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in Trinity Pathway Hospice at Terrace Park, Bettendorf, Iowa.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, followed by a graveside service at Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
Dale was born in Moline, the son of George and Joyce (Rasmussen) Anderson. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Gillin of Moline; siblings and their spouses, Teri and Larry Carls of Port Byron, Illinois, James and Sabine Anderson of Moorpark, California, and David and Dawn Anderson of Cottage Hills, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
