Christopher Kevin Waffle was born August 5, 1964, in Moline, the son of Bruce and Cecelia (Bargas) Waffle. He married the love of his life, Helen Barnett, on November 4, 1990. Together the couple shared over 35 years of happiness. He worked as a foreman for White Roofing.
Chris loved music and going to concerts, traveling (especially Colorado), and was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan. Above all else, nothing brought Chris more joy than times spent with his wife, daughters, and his pride and joy, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Helen; his daughters and son-in-law, Heather and Blake Terrance of Coal Valley, Illinois, and Ashley Waffle of Moline; three grandchildren, Harlow Terrance, Haley (RaeQuan) Waffle, and Kaden Waffle-Weeks; great-grandchildren, Kaizen and Amoura Miller; siblings, Gina (Hector) Mendoza, Steven Waffle, Robin Waffle, and James Waffle; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Charlie. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Matthew Waffle; and brothers, Rick and Jeff Waffle.
