Catherine E. Shores

Catherine E. Shores, 45, of Davenport, Iowa, died Monday, January 29, 2024. 

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

The former Catherine Elizabeth Shores was born July 16, 1978, in Johnson County, Iowa, the daughter of James and Barbara (Erbst) Racowski.  She worked at XPAC.

Catherine enjoyed coloring, gardening, watching movies and cooking.  Above all else, she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by three children, Tyler (Justin) Racowski of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Shayla Shores of Davenport, and Amanda (Izaha Williams) Shores of Bettendorf; her beloved grandson, Jeramiyah Williams; her mother, Barbara Racowski of Davenport; three siblings, Cynthia, James and Holly Racowski, all of Davenport; and nephews, Derrick Racowski, Travon Foster and Aaron Foster  She was preceded in death by her father, James Racowski, aunt, Evelyn Matejcek; and a cousin, Tammy.
