Billy Michael Boardwell, 74, of Davenport, Iowa, died Friday, July 23, 2021, in University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island. Cremation will be directed by Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Mike was born September 27, 1946, in Moline, to Walter and Aleen (Hill) Boardwell. He married Lea Ann Bishop on April 24, 2019, and owned and operated Quad city Chauffeurs.
