Arthur Charles Whalen, Sr., 88, of Dubuque, Iowa, died Friday, November 9, 2018, in Dubuque.
Cremation was directed by Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.
Graveside services and entombment are 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Rock Island National Cemetery. These wishing to attend should meet at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, at 2:15 p.m. to process to the cemetery.
