Anthony Morales

Anthony M. Morales, 46, of Moline, Illinois, died Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at home. 

Services are Noon Wednesday, December 11, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to Janelle Morales for a fund to be established in Anthony’s memory.

Anthony Michael Morales was born April 17, 1978, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Antonio and Kathy Lee (Archambault) Morales. He married the love of his life, Janelle Kangas, on April 25, 2022, in Rock Island. He worked as a CNC Machinist for several area businesses.

He enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and anything sports related. He was an avid Chicago sports fan, especially of the Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox and Bulls. More than anything, his favorite thing to do was spend time with his wife and dog, BelleGene.

Anthony is survived by his loving wife, Janelle; four children, Isiah (Valeria) Morales of Rock Island, Julian Morales of East Moline, Estabon Vasquez, and Dayton (Amya) Pruden of Rapid City, South Dakota; grandchildren, Sofia and Payton Rose; his parents, Antonio and Kathy Morales of Rock Island; his brother, Jason (Ashley) Morales of Rock Island; sister-in-law, Victoria Reed; nieces and nephews, Andrew Morales, Noah Morales, Sirenity Morales, Amirya Morales, and JJ Morales; his in-laws, John and Clara Kangas of Milan; and his beloved dog, BelleGene. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph and Eric Morales.
