Walter E. Schroeder

Richardson, Texas Walter E. Schroeder, 68, Richardson, Texas, formerly of Coal Valley, died April 29, 2003, in Richardson. Memorial services are 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2003, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Coal Valley, with The Reverend Robert Hagen officiating. Burial will be in Coal Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the services at the church. Trimble Funeral Home, Coal Valley, is in charge of arrangements. Walter Edward Schroeder was born May 10, 1934, in Crespo, Argentina, the son of Theodore and Emilia (Horn) Schroeder. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War, and was a self-employed watchmaker. He is survived by four children, Micko Theodore Schroeder of St, Louis, Martedi Martina Schroeder of St. Louis, Carrie Jean Bobela of Richardson, Texas, and Shane Schroeder of St. Louis; five grandchildren, Clint Jordan Wipke, Austin Kyle Bobela, Ashley Nicole Bobela, Andrea Lynn Bobela, and Dempsey John Edward Schroeder; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Dorothy Schroeder of St. Louis, and Fred and Marilyn Schroeder of Quincy, Illinois.
