Stuart K. Watt

Moline, Illinois Stuart K. Watt, 85, of Moline, died Monday, April 9, 2001, in Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Mississippi Valley Chapter of Alzheimer's Association. Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, is in charge of arrangements. Stuart Keith Watt was born March 25, 1916, in Moline, the son of George and Dade (Guy) Watt. He married Dorothy Hanson on May 1, 1937, in Savanna, Illinois. He was employed in the office of Moline Consumers for 50 years, retiring in 1986. He was past Exalted Ruler of Moline Elks Lodge #556. Stuart is survived by his wife, Dorothy, two sons and a daughter-in-law, Larry Watt of Rock Island and David and Mari Watt of Silvis, and two grandchildren, Jill Watt and Neal Watt. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Clement, Thomas, and Charles "Todd" Watt. END
