Robynn G. Shepard, 48, of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away Thursday, February 8, 2007, in her home following a decade fight against cancer.
There will be a private graveside service at a later date in National Cemetery, Rock Island. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is assisting the family.
The former Robynn Wadsworth was born February 12, 1958, in Moline, the daughter of George and Elizabeth (Wollenhopt) Wadsworth. She married Charles Shepard on July 31, 1976, in East Moline, Illinois. She worked various places as a nurses aide, with her favorite being the Dekalb County Health Department.
Robynn loved her pets, feeding wild life, and camping. Additionally, she enjoyed gardening, home decorating, garage sales, and was a loving caregiver. She was a trickster!
She was preceded in death by most of her family. She is survived by her beloved dad, husband, and many, many friends.
Goodbye, my pretty blue eyed blonde! May God?s blessings continue to flow to George, Charles, Joe, Linda C., Linda H., Monica, Deb, Florance, Steve, and many others. Remember her best by often hugging your loved ones and telling them you love them!
