Robert Moldenhauer

Robert Moldenhauer, 63, of Moline, Illinois, died Monday, December 12, 2016, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, Illinois, after being injured in a bicycle and motor vehicle accident in Moline.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. His cremated remains will be scattered in a beautiful wooded lake area in California.

Robert was born December 31, 1952, in Chicago, to Eric and Anneliese Alban Moldenhauer. He graduated from Augustana College, and had a prior career as a NY Life Financial planner. He was a kind caring gentle giant who suffered from a serious illness and was making the best of life as he could. He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Moldenhauer in California and two nieces, Trisha and Terri Moldenhauer.
