Randall E. Brown, 60, of Davenport, Iowa, died Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Genesis Medical Center East, Davenport.

A gathering to celebrate Randy’s life will be Thursday, August 11, at the Hope Center, 306 Cedar Street, Davenport, beginning with a visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., immediately followed by a celebration of life service at 6:00 p.m. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

Randall Eugene Brown was born February 5, 1962, in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Raymond and Patricia (Pope) Brown. He married Tracey Murphy on July 5, 1986, and the couple had two sons, Justin and Tyler, prior to separating in 2003.

Randy was a mechanic by trade, working for several area companies. There’s nothing that he couldn’t work on mechanically, and he especially loved his Harley, fast cars, and dirt bikes.

He is survived by three sons, Ryan McManaway of Arizona, Justin (Stefanie) Brown of Moline, and Tyler (fiancé Marisa Miller) of Blue Grass, Iowa; grandchildren, Ryelynn, Ryatt, Ryver, and Henley McManaway, Kameron and Samuel Brown, and Brennon and Elliana Morrow; and two sisters, Marcia (Steve) Larssen of Eldridge, Iowa, and Becky (Gary) Ginter of Walcott, Iowa, and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents.
