Lynne K. Williams, 65, of East Moline, Illinois, died Friday, December 23, 2011, in Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, Illinois.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, with The Reverend Jerry Schrick, Sr., officiating. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
The former Lynne Kay Huntley was born December 7, 1946, in Moline, the daughter of George and Marguerite Hughes Huntley. She graduated from Rock Island High School, and married Richard Kent Williams on November 20, 1965, in Rock Island. He died September 17, 2003. She worked at the South Park Mall Food Court for several years, and enjoyed visiting with her friends there. She loved her two cats, enjoyed roller skating, and playing her favorite game, Miss Pac man.
Lynne is survived by two children, Darrin Williams of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Kris Davis and her husband Sam of Rock Island; a granddaughter Kailey Williams; and siblings and their spouses, Dale and Judy Huntley of Rock Island, Pat and Pat Huntley of Roscoe, Illinois, Rich and Shirley Huntley of St. Cloud, Minnesota, and Carol and Tommy Thompson of Moline; several nieces and nephews; her mother-in-law, Madelyn Williams, and her sister-in-law Diane Williams, both of Moline. She was preceded in death by brothers, Wayne and Don Huntley.
