Kirsten M. Early

Kirsten M. Early, 90, of Moline, Illinois, died Thursday, December 22, 2022, at ProMedica in Moline.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Private burial will take place at Rock Island National Cemetery.

The former Kirsten Margrethe Kirstiansen was born November 29, 1932, in Norway, the daughter of Henry and Kirsten (Gundersen) Kirstiansen. She married John Early, and he passed away in 2021.

Kirsten was a professional seamstress and designer. She worked as a seamstress at GoldSmiths for around 15 years.

In her free time she enjoyed doing ceramics, making arts and crafts, traveling, baking, cooking, and gardening.

Kirsten is survived by her son, Lars Early. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, John Early.
