Kelly L. Hoss

Kelly Hoss, 55, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, in his home.

Visitation is 4 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, followed by a prayer service and time of sharing at 6:30, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory following the service. Memorials may be made to the family.

Kelly Lynn Hoss was born January 1, 1962, in Onawa, Iowa, to Duane and Carolyn Niles Hoss. He married Tamme Schaefer on July 14, 2001, in Rock Island. He was a mechanic at National Railway for several years. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed Elvis Presley and country music.

Kelly is survived by his wife, Tamme; his mother, Carolyn Turner of Rock Island; his daughter, Amanda Hoss of Rock Island; two granddaughters, Alayna and Lailey, and siblings, Debbie Hoss of Davenport, Duane Hoss of Rock Island, and Brian Hoss of Fort Worth, Texas.
