Joshua P. Holley, 41, of Davenport, Iowa, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 6, 2022.
A gathering to celebrate Josh’s life will be held on Credit Island and will be announced in the near future. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Joshua Paul Holley was born August 14, 1980, in Davenport, the son of Herschel Herman and Donna (McGregor) Baddgor. He was raised by his mother and father in life, Martin Stirts. He married the love of his life, Jessica Nichole Bentley on August 13, 2004, in Davenport.
Josh loved to go fishing, nature walks and grilling whenever the weather would allow him to. He love hanging out with his grandchildren and family. Josh was never afraid to make new friends wherever he would have gone. He loved to rock it out.
Josh is survived by his beloved wife, Jessica; His mother Donna (McGregor) Baddgor; four children, Trey Heath of Moline, Larissa Fuller of Rock Island, Jaelyn (Branden McDonald) Holley of Davenport, and Kaleb Bentley of Eldridge; four grandchildren; siblings, Joey (Brandi Terrebonne) Ward, Paula Ward, and Jason (Carrie) Holley; and several nieces and nephews.
Josh was proceeded in death with his grandparents Donald and Lois McGregor, nephew Zackary Clark, and His best friend of 15 years Lillie Girl.
