Jane F. Schuett

Moline, Illinois Jane F. Schuett, 84, of Moline, died Thursday, November 18, 2004, in Heartland Health Care Center, Moline. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline, with The Reverend John A. Laux officiating. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Memorials may be made to the church. The former Jane Frances King was born May 31, 1920, in Harvard, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas F. and Frances Griswold King. She married John C. Schuett on September 7, 1947, in Woodstock, Illinois. He died March 3, 1987. Jane was an active member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Moline, and served her community through volunteer work with numerous organizations, including Rock Island County Cancer Society, Welcome Wagon and Newcomers Club, PTAs of Washington, Coolidge, and Moline High schools and School District #40 Council, Junior Service League, Citizen's Advisory Committee of the Moline City Council, and Moline Women's Club. Jane is survived by her daughter, Carol J. Mindrup, her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey L. and Debra A. Schuett, and her granddaughter, Kathryn K. Mindrup, all of Moline.
