Moline, Illinois Irene E. Rogers, 93, of Moline, died Thursday, December 16, 2004, in Heartland Health Care Center, Moline. Services are 1 p.m. Monday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. The former Irene McCoy was born August 7, 1911, in Moline, the daughter of Stuart and Nora (Jors) McCoy. She married David E. Rogers on June 23, 1951, in Moline. He died July 6, 1977. She was personnel management specialist at the Rock Island Arsenal for 33 years. Irene is survived by step-daughters, June Butler of Moline, and Donna Smarstly of Bullhead City, Arizona; four step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchild.
