Elsie A. Leeser

Elsie A. "Cricket" Leeser, of Moline, Illinois, died Friday, August 23, 2013, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, Illinois.

Private services will be held with burial at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is assisting the family.

The former Elsie Allene Sims was born in Hornersville, Missouri, the daughter of Charles Jefferson and Callander (Lowry) Sims. She married Edward Leeser on October 22, 1988, in Camden, Missouri.

She enjoyed fishing.

Elsie is survived by her husband, Ed, of Moline, sons, Jimmy Langston, Faron Langston, and Kenny Adams, all of Moline, several grandchildren, and a sister, Jean Yoakam of Coquille, Oregon.
