Edna Mae Parker

Moline, Illinois Edna Mae Parker, 75, of Moline, Illinois, died Saturday, January 4, 2003, in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, Illinois. Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday. The former Edna Mae Larsen was born December 19, 1927, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Carl Bert and Bessie (Baker) Larsen. She was employed at Y & S Candies, Moline, for 34 years, retiring as supervisor in 1990. Her family was her life, and she enjoyed reading and doing crafts. Edna is survived by three children, Richard C. Parker of Moline, Michael J. Parker and his wife, Rhonda, of Waverly, Iowa, and Linda (Lyn) Parker Duffey of Moline. She was the proud grandmother of Richelle, Richard Jr. and his wife Denise, Jeff, Renee, Jill, Rhiannon and her husband Josh, Sara, Taylor, and Elle, and the proud great-grandmother of nine great-grandchildren, including Geneva, Christopher, Lisa, and Richard III. She is also survived by two sisters and their husbands, Carlene and Jim Dennis of Fort Worth, Texas, and Joy and Jack Wright of Port Byron, Illinois, and a brother and his wife, Charlie B. and Arlene Larsen of Bloomington, Minnesota.
