Donna J. Deshane

Donna J. DeShane, 51, of Cambridge, Illinois, died Monday, October 25, 2021, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, Illinois.

Services to celebrate Donna’s life will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 202 E Morris Street, Morrison, Illinois, beginning with visitation from Noon until 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 p.m., immediately followed by a potluck. Cremation will take place prior to services at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

Donna Jean DeShane was born April 9, 1970, in Morrison, Illinois, the daughter of Louis L. and Rosalie June (Carey) DeShane.

Donna loved her family and friends. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her grandkids. She was an animal lover and a very caring person. She will be missed by many.

Donna is survived by two children, Tommy Cox, and Erika (Christopher Stanfield) Cox, both of Toledo, Ohio; three grandchildren; siblings, Lloyd (Pat) DeShane of Morrison, Illinois, Louis DeShane of Prophetstown, Illinois, Kurt (Vanessa) DeShane of Geneseo, Illinois, Rosalie (Chris) Williamson of Cambridge, and Robert DeShane of Princeton, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Jeff DeShane and Debra Baker; sister-in-law, Micarla DeShane; nephew, Seth DeShane; and niece, Piper Dejlitko.
