Diane K. Anderson

September 7, 1954 — June 22, 2019

Diane K. Anderson, 64, of Moline, Illinois, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019, at her home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities, and there will be no services.

The former Diane Kaye Eslinger was born September 7, 1954, in Orlando, Florida, the daughter of Jackie and Stella (Brennan) Eslinger.

Diane was never without a project in process, whether it be laying ceramic, painting, sewing, gardening or learning a new craft. She was a firm believer that she could teach herself how to do anything with the assistance of YouTube.

After the death of husband and soulmate, Gary, her world revolved around showering her grandchildren and great-grandchild with love and attention.

She was always concerned for others and was truly the type of friend who would literally give you "the shirt off her back" . Her bubbly enthusiasm and endless energy will be greatly missed by family, friends and her Mocksville Wesleyan church family.

Diane is survived by her children, Stephanie (John) Caskey of Davenport, Iowa, and Douglas (Melissa) Klingaman of Streamwood, Illinois; grandchildren, Jonathan Caskey, Zachary Klingaman, Kristina Caskey, Samantha Caskey, A.J. Klingaman, Logan Holmes, and Magnus Klingaman; a great-granddaughter, Kaelynn Caskey; her parents, Jack Eslinger of Silvis, Illinois, and Stella Clements of Moline; siblings, Terry Sawyer of Galva, Illinois, Jackie (John) Flack of Moline, Randy (Diane) Reedy of Sugarland, Texas, and Patrick Reedy of Moline; and her beloved dog, Cooper. She was preceded in death by her son, Derek Holmes.
